Community Calm is a welcoming, supportive space where people can pause, connect and focus on their wellbeing.
Through gentle mindfulness and simple, evidence-based practices, sessions help people feel calmer, more connected and better able to cope with everyday life.
Each week we explore a different theme or activity, such as self-compassion, rest and relaxation, or the power of the pause.
