New Parents & Parents-to-be

Maternal mental health & wellbeing is very important to us. Our founder is a Postnatal Depression & Anxiety survivor. In the UK, 1 in 5 women will experience mental health problems during or after pregnancy. Feedback from new parents that we work with points to a perceived lack of support from other agencies. Many report feeling isolated and anxious. We offer a range of services, activities and events to help support perinatal mental health & wellbeing and build connections and peer networks. The great news is they're also lots of fun!
