Lets get outside & enjoy some nature on our doorstep!

 

Join us for a monthly family wellbeing walk 

Support your physical health and mental wellbeing out in the fresh air.

We love running our mindful nature-themed workshops and being outdoors with children & families

We might be painting rocks, creating beautiful nature artworks, doing a spot of cloud-gazing, planting veg & more

We partner with local community gardens & outdoor spaces...plus, we even have our own veg bed to use with our groups!

Enjoy all the fun & health benefits of kid's yoga or baby yoga in the fresh air!

Let's get inspired by the nature around us 

 

Maybe we could try tree pose beneath some branches, sun salutations below the bright sky or butterfly pose as one floats by!

We believe that nature & being outside can help to support wellbeing.

 

We'll be creating loads of ideas & resources to help Liverpool  families  enjoy our amazing local nature & the outdoors
